Frosted glass

Frosted glass

MD glass provides durable frosted glass using state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technologies, such as sandblasting and applying special films. Doors, partitions, railings, and other structures with frosted glass, which diffuses light several times better than transmitting or reflecting it, look aesthetically pleasing both on commercial premises and in offices.

Glass matting (Frosted glass)

Glass matting is carried out both on a transparent and on a colored surface in several ways:

mechanical, performed by sandblasting. A special apparatus supplies the sand mixture under pressure, which makes it possible to achieve a micro-relief of various depths. This is the only machining method that does not destroy the material;

by applying a polymer film of various shades and textures. Before sticking the film, a special glass preparation is carried out. This method allows you to realize the most creative ideas of designers;

chemical. This glass matting effect is similar to sandblasting. The procedure consists of etching with acid compositions, which makes it possible to obtain decorative satin glass, both with one- and two-sided matting;

staining. The surface of the glass is covered with paints and varnishes.

 Frosted glass structures are in demand in rooms for various purposes. Partitions and doors made of this material look original and provide the necessary level of illumination. Due to the low level of transparency, frosted glass products are also popular in bathrooms.

 In the company “MD glass” you can order high-quality glass products for any premises at an affordable cost.
