GLASS SET is a Frameless glazing system in which the glasses are adjacent to each other and there is a thin silicone seal between the glasses.
The visual effect of a perfectly flat, continuous glass surface is created.
In low-rise buildings, this solution is perfect for glazing leisure, terraces, home gyms and swimming pools.
Frameless glazing ” Glass Set “ ( the design)
The GLASS SET structure is a frame made of aluminum guides along which the tempered glass sashes move.
The sashes move along the frame guides with the help of wear – resistant double plastic rollers. This ensures smooth movement with minimal effort. Even a child can easily open the GLASS SET frame.
Moving to one side of the structure, the sash folds, fully opening the opening. When folded, they are fixed with a special lock. The latch of the lock moves and can fix in the open position any number of leaves, from one to all of which are in the structure.
The entry and the exit of the rollers from the frame groove is carried out through a special channel. Thus, the entire length of the aluminum rail is solid and closed. This ensures reliable fixation of the sash to the frame and the rigidity of the structure as a whole.
In the fully closed position, the sashes are secured with locking locks located at the top and the bottom of the frame. The locks are opened both manually and using a flexible drive.
The GLASS SET frameless glazing gasket consists of two components – vertical and horizontal gaskets.
The vertical seal is the seal between the glass doors. A transparent, wear-resistant, UV and weather resistant silicone seal is used as a seal.
Horizontal seal – consists of two contours of a dense brush seal, which is located between the leaf holders and the frame of the structure.
